Problem Update
Sunday 5.00pm 11th July 2010
We have had one further report of of this happening. The tech support are very keen to get further information. Please complete the form if you get any difficulty.

Wednesday 6.00pm 7th July 2010
Starting earlier today we have had reports from 3 practices so far that a prescription submitted to one of our secure forms has ended up in the account of another practice. We have reported this to the Elbowspace tech support who have looked at the problem and so far they cannot suggest how this could happen. They are short of hard details about when and which prescriptions. It does seem hard to explain technically how this kind of cross over of data can occur. But are very anxious to get more examples. Please send any examples of this happening and inform us immediately using the form above. Thank you for you assistance and check this page regularly for further updates.
