If you are having a problem that not all the information
you see
when you click on the
"All Formatted Pages" link is being printed out and is
sometimes lost this is the reason and solution:
This problem doesn't
happen often but can catch new and existing users out. The issue has to do with
how much memory you have on your personal/office
machine.
When you click on the "All Full Pages" link, your
personal/office computer is downloading a very large
HTML document. Sometimes it takes 20 or 30 seconds for
it to completely load onto your computer depending on
how large the file is, how much memory your computer has and
internet download speeds. If
you are working from within the NHSnet this can be
longer.
If you click PRINT before the download is complete, only
a portion of the pages will be printed.
Solution: After clicking on the "All Full Pages",
go to the bottom of the document to see if the last
transaction is displayed. If not, wait until it has
appeared before pressing PRINT.
